We know that visiting a doctor for the first time can be a little nerve-wracking so in an effort to streamline your initial visit here we provide the ability to fill your information out before you arrive in our office! This saves you time and also allows Dr. Chris to review your info before you come in. Dr. Chris will speak with you about any past injuries, accidents and any current pain you are experiencing. He will take a quick look at your back, neck and any other areas that might be necessary and determine whether an x-ray is needed for him to proceed.

Dr. Chris believes that gentle adjustments will result in progressive changes to your problem areas so you won't experience any twisting or painful pulling. Under most circumstances adjustments will not hurt. You might experience a minor amount of discomfort during the adjustment which lasts only seconds. Our gentle, specific approach ensures that movement will be restored your spine and interference to your nervous system will be corrected so your body can function better and you can experience a higher level of health and well being.
